What if my converted Word Document is not being converted to EDGAR HTML the way I wanted?
Solutions
Usually with word documents we recommend using the option; "HTML (Optimized for MS Word)". The engine behind the conversion tool is designed especially for Microsoft Word. If you have that output format selected and still are not getting the output you wanted you could also go into the original source document and make minor edits there so when you bring it into SEC Publisher it looks closer to the original Word Document.
A little tip is when you are in Microsoft Word you can select View-> Web layout located at the top bar and this will give you a preview of what your document will look like inside SEC Publisher.
