I get the following error message when running SEC Publisher – "Library not registered"

 

Solution

Follow the steps below to fix the problem.

  1. Make sure SEC Publisher is not running
  2. Run GoFilerLite.exe
  3. Close GoFilerLite
  4. Run SEC Publisher again.
