SEC Publisher requires the following:

Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 / 10 (32-bit or 64-bit system)
Firewall Requirements for filing and validation:
- The following ports need to be accessible to SEC Publisher:
- - https 443
  - http 80
- The following websites need to be accessible to SEC Publisher:
- - https://www.edgarfiling.sec.gov/
  - http://www.novaworkssoftware.com/
Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional version 7 / 8 / 9 / X (10) / XI (11)
Internet Browser: Internet Explorer 11
Microsoft Word and Excel 2010 / 2013 / 2016 (32-bit or 64-bit)

Warning: Ensure that SEC Publisher is installed on a user account with Administrative rights. Administrative rights are required for installation only, not for using SEC Publisher.

Ensure that only ONE version of Acrobat is installed. Acrobat needs to be installed and activated prior to installing SEC Publisher.

During installation, make sure that the machine/laptop is connected to the Internet at all times.
