Graphic Zone Conversion Options

 

Click Conversion Options from the following menu or toolbar, or use the keyboard shortcut to access all EDGAR ASCII Conversion Options:

 

• Drop Down Menu:

Options > Conversion Options

 

 

 

• Toolbar Menu:

 

 

 

• Keyboard Shortcut:

Shift+F8

 

 

The following dialog box will appear:

 

 

 

Go to the ASCII Tab. Click the Graphic Zone radio button to access ‘Graphic Zone Conversion Options’.

 

 

This allows you to set the Graphic Zone Conversion options for EDGAR ASCII output.

 

 

 

1. Ignore

You can select this option to ignore and filter out graphics.

 

2. Substitute Text

You can select this option to substitute dropped graphics with the entered text.
