Graphic Zone Conversion Options

 

Click Conversion Options from the following menu or toolbar, or use the keyboard shortcut to access all EDGAR HTML Conversion Options:

 

• Drop Down Menu:

Options > Conversion Options

 

 

 

• Toolbar Menu:

 

 

 

• Keyboard Shortcut:

Shift+F7

 

 

The following dialog box will appear:

 

 

 

Click the Graphic Zone radio button to access ‘Graphic Zone Conversion Options’.

 

 

 

This option allows you to set the Graphic options for EDGAR HTML output.

 

 

 

1. Ignore All Graphics

Choose this option if you do not want to include graphics in the HTML output.

 

2. Save Graphics As

 

 

If you choose JPEG, they can specify the JPEG properties:

 

Slider specifies how good the image will be in the HTML. A higher percentage results in a better quality image, while a lower percentage results in a lower quality image.

 

 

 

No properties need to be set if you choose the GIF format.

 

3. Substitute All Graphics With Text

Choose this option if you do not want to include graphics, but want to insert some text in place of the graphics.

 

4. Auto-detect Alignment

Choose this option to auto-detect the graphic alignment in the original document.
